I had a wonderful time at the Swiss Hotel in Sarajevo, and I want to share my experience! Everything was truly top-notch. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, always ready to help and make the stay even more enjoyable. The SPA area amazed me. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the services were exceptional. Azra gave me a fantastic massage that completely rejuvenated me – I felt like a new person afterward. If you're looking for a place to fully relax and enjoy, I highly recommend the SPA center at the Swiss Hotel. All praise to the entire team!

I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff! Everyone from check-in to valet to breakfast to checkout was incredible. The room was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming and the bathroom was perfectly lit (for anyone who understands this is important) and the shower was 10/10. I loved the body soap smell and if using the hotel shampoo/condition isn’t your thing, the beautiful mall is right there with a store you can get all your necessities at. I come to Sarajevo often and will be staying here again. It has a high price tag, but the location alone would be worth it. The view from the room was 10/10. A true testament to the Accor brand.

Everything was perfect. The staff are very nice and helpful. Starting from front dest all the way to the room service and concierge. The only comment is about the in room dining . The service is good but the food quality is below expectations. I hope they improve the menu and options and some ingredients.

We have been upgraded at check in to the huge suit with a bath in bedroom and perfect city view. We really appreciate it and out 5yo son enjoyed very much in the hotel, especially on the pool. Hotel is connected to the biggest shopping center in Sarajevo, which is very convenient. For any shopping or for child entertainment in the center playing area. Coffee, tea, drinks and snacks available in the room, plate of fruits and sweets was nice welcoming touch. Very good bed, pillows, all perfectly clean. Crazy good breakfast, but not so rich menu for lunch or dinner.

Location is convenient, there are tram and bus stops next to hotel. Mall in the same building with hotel. Old city in walk distance (around 30 minutes). Room is comfortable, big bed. Breakfast is not bad, but pastry not very fresh and all food is basic, nothing delicious, only fresh juice maybe and omelette(they can cook especially for you). Hotel has indoor swimming pool, it’s pleasant bonus.

It was great stay in overall all. The location of the hotel is excpetional, simply in the heart of Sarajevo, you get to feel the life of the city every moment. The reception and the check-in process was great. The hotel facilities in overall are excellent including the room size and furniture, certainly I will come back
