I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff! Everyone from check-in to valet to breakfast to checkout was incredible. The room was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming and the bathroom was perfectly lit (for anyone who understands this is important) and the shower was 10/10. I loved the body soap smell and if using the hotel shampoo/condition isn’t your thing, the beautiful mall is right there with a store you can get all your necessities at. I come to Sarajevo often and will be staying here again. It has a high price tag, but the location alone would be worth it. The view from the room was 10/10. A true testament to the Accor brand.

The hotel is well located and beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, kind and nice. The bed is maybe the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The hotel has 4 elevators and we never waited for longer than 30 seconds, that was a huge plus. The view from the rooms is magnificent and the rooms are very spacious and nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. The food at breakfast was amazing. The spa is also great, not crowded at all with a lot of options and a great place to relax and enjoy. Overall, an amazing experience, we will definitely come back.
